Quilted Zip-Up Hoodie

I was super excited to finally order a jacket/sweater from Jubilee especially when it came super fast but I was surprised to find a few defects and disappointed with the response from customer service. There were 2 parts at the bottom of the jacket that look like sewing/stitching issues with a few loose strands. It looks like it might have been overstitched or something. Its not super noticeable from afar but you can tell up close. Not a huge deal but kind of disappointing for the price i paid. Also on one of the hood strings it looks like one part of the braid (one strand) was cut so theres a small part on the string thats messed up and sticks out makes it look like it was used. All the reviews I read below mentioned the great quality which I could tell it would be I think I just received a defective product. I emailed to see what could be done and they emailed back and told me i could exchange it for store credit to reorder after they receive it back and processed which would take 3-5 days after they received the return. The email I received made it feel like it wasn't worth it to exchange because they weren't very customer friendly. They didn't offer anything to cover costs for shipping or the return and their response didn't really seem like they cared about customer satisfaction no apology or any concern about the quality I received. I'm not a super picky person if it had just one small defect then I would've overlooked it but because there were a few and this wasn't cheap i felt like I should reach out and thats why I'm giving this 2 stars. As much as I appreciate fast shipping (it took like 2 days) I would rather have waited a little longer to have ensure quality was right. The exchange/return process seems like a headache so I'm planning to just keep the hoodie since its still wearable and i really like the color just disappointed in the service and probably won't buy from here again...

Quilted Zip-Up Hoodie

This is such a cute zip up !! I ordered a medium in the light grey color bc I didn’t want it to be overly cropped on me. I’m 5’4, size 28/29 jeans, 140lbs. I could have easily gotten a small but the medium is still perfect. You can choose not to have it overly cropped like the picture which I love. Definitely will get another color and I hope they come out with a black one.

I love the color, I get so many compliments on it. The fit is a little strange, so I mostly wear this set around the house.

I love how soft the material is. It is the comfiest hoodie and at the same time so flattering! The sizing runs true to size. love how I can style it in many different ways!
